Foreclosures in San Miguel County for 2011 are down from 2010! Overall the drop in foreclosures was just under 10%. One hundred properties were foreclosed upon in 2011, which is close to 2009 figure, at 97. foreclosures. Lets hope we see a reduction in 2012 as well
